August 6–7, 2016
In early August I will be leading an experiential workshop with exercises designed to enhance self-awareness, empathy, and confident presence. Self-awareness is the starting point for personal and relational fulfillment. Empathy is the source of non-judgmental acceptance of ourselves and is the force of connection with others, in both personal or professional relationships. Confident presence is being willing to embrace a fully authentic ‘me’. Confidence comes from trust in ourselves and presence comes from trusting that who we are in this present moment is enough.
